Alright, I feel the need to clear the air here. Kaka has NOT opened the doors for talks about leaving Madrid. He had to have used Iker’s best friend, Google Translate.
If you speak Spanish, you know “ningun” means no or nothing or never or is just a negation. Well… In Portuguese “nenhum” is the same. But for some reason when you put it into Google Translate, it makes it “any.”
So… That sentence “posso afirmar que em nenhum momento abri porta para uma saida do Real Madrid” actually says “I can confirm that at no time have I opened the door for an exit from Real Madrid.”
We get to keep Kaka. Please Please PLEASE stop freaking out.
So thankful for your linguistic skills… I was having trouble understanding the English version! (I read it out loud to G twice to see if he was getting what I was getting). Maybe it’s just because it seemed so unbelievable, and then contradictory to his follow up statement about being happy and focused, etc. Or maybe I need to go to Google translate school. I. Am. Relieved.
